Gentle Yoga
If you are looking for a yoga practice but you cannot sit comfortably on the floor or get up or down from the floor with ease.
In a Gentle Yoga class you will practice movements that enable greater freedom of movement in your joints and you will be guided through a deep relaxation, learning how to physically relax and mentally unwind.
What people say about Gentle Yoga:
I often find myself wishing that I had begun my practice of Yoga as a young person. However, the reality is that I didn't. I began at the age of 60. Now almost 9 years later, I continue to marvel at all the gifts I have found through my ongoing practice. It's never too late to begin.
Yoga has been such a wonderful program for me. Having had some joint issues (knee replacements) and some other health concerns, I have found that all components of yoga have helped me change my life style to some degree. It has been particularly helpful in approaching life's daily challenges. I have a much calmer mind than before. Thank you!
